Kathmandu valley has suffered from mis-management of its water resources for more than a century. In this concept booklet and website, we propose a framework to get out of this mess by:
- analyzing the problem
- framing goals for integrated management
- looking at examples from around the world
- proposing a specific solution
- call for additional solutions based on the framework
